Ready to start learning? Let’s start off with the basics.
If you take a look at the main menu in Photoshop, you should see the following icons along the bottom:
The first of these icons is the Image menu, which enables you to perform basic image editing tasks.
The second is Effects, which enables you to create various effects such as overlays, filters, and blurs.
The third icon is Adjustments, which enables you to make various image adjustments such as lighting, contrast, and saturation.
The fourth is the Layers palette, which enables you to work with layers.
The fifth is the History palette, which enables you to review and revert changes made to an image.
The sixth is the Paths palette, which enables you to create or edit shapes.
Let’s work through the basics to help you understand how to use these menus and palettes in Photoshop.
Select an Image
To begin working on an image in Photoshop, select an image from your computer’s drive by using the File > Open menu item. You can also open files by using the File > Browse menu item.
When you open a file, Photoshop displays the image within a new window called the Photoshop document. You can have multiple Photoshop documents open at the same time.
If you’re opening an image from your computer, Photoshop automatically creates a Photoshop document to contain the image.
You can also create a new Photoshop document by right-clicking on an open image in your workspace and selecting “New Photoshop document.” You can then name the document, save it, and then place it somewhere on your computer.
After you’ve opened a new document, you can right-click on the image within the document and select “Edit > Copy.” This copies the image to the clipboard, which is the area on your computer that stores the information that you can then paste into other applications.
Resize an Image
You can resize an image by using one of the following techniques:
Resizing a Bitmap
Using the Resize menu and standard ruler interface, you can resize the image in a variety of ways.
When you resize an image, the new dimensions of the image are saved to the image’s metadata. This means that when you change the dimensions of the image by resizing it, the new size is reflected whenever you view the image.
You can resize a bit

Winston Peters’ utter contempt for the public is as contemptible as his utter contempt for democracy
Winston Peters thinks New Zealand is too fattened up to risk another Maori renaissance. To the Jacinda-haters who refer to Peters as the “standard bearer” for the Alliance party, his aim was always to be the standard bearer for himself and his rich benefactors in his own little world.
The moderate Alliance, the answer to an imagined want, which Peters offers as the deal that provides a blank cheque to his far right party.
Peters has got it backwards. He and Donald Trump have demonstrated how racism and misogyny can be amplified to a point of becoming a new normal in a few short years. Fascist rhetoric has long been co-opted by a sickly, half-witted, opportunist political class. The Trump era has demonstrated that a noxious neofascism can be dressed up in the peignoir of a demagogic and no-nothing buffoon who is willing to peddle his own ignorance and stupidity in what Peters describes as an “unprecedented” moment when “we have got to take a chance on ourselves”.
When his “the New Zealand First party is doing what we’re doing” came out after the pre-election week of pouring ordure and innuendo on Jacinda Ardern and Bill English, it pointed to the utterly contemptible and contemptible nature of Peters’ utter contempt for the public and democracy.
The Moderate Alliance is an agenda item for Peters and his nightmarish little band of good old boys to go it alone in their desperate bid to defy the results of the last election.
It is a bad joke and no one should be taken in by it.
The Moderate Alliance is a proto-fascist agenda. That’s not just an insult for Richard Deverell, Barbara Hogan or David English, it is a damning indictment for the “sane” right-wing political class who sold Peters and his party out with their convictions and principles and who were tired of hearing Peters complain about the Labour party representing the socialist class of paupers.
If he is not up to the hard yards of building a real political party after the elections he will go down as a failed opportunist whose idea of a political party is an acronym for several words.
On Monday, Peters was at Mangere airfield where he talked about the “p

Laravel: Insert into multiple tables using raw query
I am working on updating the data in database where the data is stored in all the tables.
I have one form which is submitting the data to a controller and after setting some custom requirements, it is saving the data in multiple tables.
Here I need to set primary key/ foreign key of table also.
I have seen many examples but couldn’t find a way to achieve the same.
Here I am storing in the status table, the id of the user_id as the status_id, and I need to update user id in the user_id and also status_id in the status table.
I have tried it like
$status_table = DB::table(‘status’);
‘user_id’ => $user_id,
‘status_id’ => $status_id
But I am getting “SQLSTATE[HY093]: Invalid parameter number” error.
Here I am inserting and updating data in the user_id table but this will require me to update the entire table.
$user_id_table = DB::table(‘user_id’);
‘deleted_at’ => null,
‘created_at’ => Carbon::now(),
‘updated_at’ => Carbon::now()
$user_id_table->whereId($user_id)->update([‘deleted_at’ => null]);
Can someone please help me?
If you need to update multiple tables and just want to set the relationships to the data that was submitted in the form, then you should do so with Eloquent relationships.
You can set these relationships up like this:
public function status()
return $this->hasMany(‘App\Status’, ‘user_id’);
public function user()
