CSmith is a Smith chart program with many high-level features and some enhancements compared to previous versions (Look at the help file for details on the extensions).

FGFR4 or FGFR3 mutational activation was associated with poor prognosis in low-grade oligodendroglioma and glioblastoma, with shorter overall survival (OS) than for wild-type cases. Similar trend was observed in a subset of cases, although not statistically significant, where the subgroup of TERT promoter mutated oligodendroglioma was also included. FGFR4 activation was involved in highly proliferative and invasive tumor cells in glioblastoma. Moreover, it was also associated with the capacity of these cells to self-renew in vitro, both through higher colony formation and higher frequency of neurospheres generation in comparison to wild-type cells.
